From the Windows flag go to Settings/System folder/About. Open the About icon and the top bar will have 'Buildinfo Device ID' Tap on build info to move the screen. Now Packages will be on the left. Tap on Packages which will open the entire list drivers on the unit. Click here to view a screen shot of the driver page. Select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. Reinstall the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager. Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the device, and select Uninstall.
